By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions of service.
Colors in photographs may vary to actual product due to monitor and settings.
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the whatcouldibuy.com.au web site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Most items listed on this site are completely unique and you will rarely find two ever exactly the same. The skilled artisans handcraft the majority of our products and there may be subtle variations between similar items. Items with greatly varying colour profiles are listed on the site as ‘boy’, ‘girl’ or ‘unisex’, these colours create completely unique items.
If you are overseas and having problems with ordering please contact us directly sales@whatcouldibuy.com.au and we will help you out.

All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST
Our payment policy is as follows: we accept Credit Card, Paypal and direct deposits in bank accounts.
Please make your payment within 3 business days of purchase so that we can quickly ship your item.

We understand you are concerned about web security. This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. All credit card transactions are handled by Paypal.

If for any reason we can not fulfil your order we will contact you to offer and exchange or full refund. So please ensure you have a correct telephone number and contact email address.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately sales@whatcouldibuy.com.au. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

We ship all items within 4 business days of receipt of payment.
All items are shipped via Australia Post for their standard rate plus a small handling fee.
We are unable to forward your purchase until your payment is cleared.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we understand that you may not always be happy with your purchase and may wish to return it.
All sales are final unless the item is not as described.
We take great pride in our products and guarantee that everything we sell is represented accurately with both written description and pictures. We know you will be more than satisfied with your purchase.
Arrangement and agreement for a refund must be confirmed prior to returning the item. If return not arranged the item will not be accepted. Contact sales@whatcouldibuy.com.au with your name, order number, contact number and a brief explanation and we will call you.
Items must be returned within 10 days in their original condition.
Return shipping/ postage will be paid by the buyer. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods that may be lost in the return process and we recommend that you send returns by registered post for your peace of mind.
Refund of original purchase cost will be provided once the item is returned in its original condition.
Please note that refunds to credit cards can only be made to the card account that made the original purchase.
